After months of food processor-less-ness, I became the proud owner of a brand-new Kitchen Aid on Saturday. My last one bit the dust after an unsuccessful run in with some pecans. It was excellent pecan paste, but smooth, creamy pecan butter, it was not.

I’m so excited! Visions of hummus (hummi because it’s plural??) and banana ice cream are dancing in my head, along with a million other uses….what would you make first?

P.S. Can I use the multipurpose blade for dough, or is there a separate attachment?

**edited to add: I should mention that this was a gift from my wonderful siblings (i hate that word, but i LOVE them!) for my birthday. I am completely indecisive, so it’s taken me over a month to pick out what I wanted. But this is IT, so thank you!! xoxo
